shipping not adding to other zones

Hi, I am SO DESPERATE to solve this or I will have to ditch Hikashop and have spent weeks on this.
I can only get the shipping to work for Australia. I have the weights and dimensions on the products.
With other components support is usually by way of looking into the backend to solve, can't anyone there help me PLEASE. This is all day yesterday and stayed up late to be on your timeframe and still no answers.
