how to fix it.I have check many places but found nothing.

Your cart seems to be working fine, can you tell what's wrong with it ?

Concerning the currency, have you allowed these both currencies ?

the cart is not fine,have you check it?
if you add one product to the cart,sometimes it's ok,but allways it fails to add leaving the cart empty.
if you successfully add a time, then click again,you must find failed .

concerning the currency,i have accept the two ones.
but the problem is that went i switch the option,the price could not fresh itself

The cart is working fine until you try to change the currency. When changing currency, you lose your cart, but if you go back in the first currency and add a product then you find your cart back.

All the problems seems to come from the currency switch module. Are you using the Joomla cache, or another cache manager ?

yes,my cache plugin is open.
after i close it,it seems to be ok.
do you mean that my website should not open cache anymore otherwise the hikashop will be broken?

You can disable the cache on only some contents. As I remember your can disable it the desired modules in the modules options.
