canceled order stay in total income

in my test drive i've ordered products and later canceled then in the admin but when in look on my dashbord i see in the main statics/ sales of the month still the income but that should be zero because i canceld the orders.

Simply click on the edit icon of your widgets and select the statuses that you want to allow in the statistics in the Order status filter.
