invoice number

I m using hikashop pro

When the customer print is order , the invoice number doesn t print

How can i fix this

From where does he print his order ? From the user control panel > Orders ?

If it is you can edit the view "order / show" and add the invoice id, but what he's printing is the order, not the invoice.

Hes it is from the user control panel

From what i can see it is also invoice since i set up a different number for the invoice and for the order and the referenmce i can see before printing is the invoice number. You can see on the print sreenshot that the field Facture (invoice) appear but not his number

The view used for the print is the same as the order view.
So I think that the problem is a CSS one.

Check if the text is present but with a white color.
