Registration not allowed no matter what's selected

No matter what I set the registration setting in the back end all that shows up is "Registration not allowed" on the checkout page.

The registration and log in works everywhere else and I can leg in on the checkout page.

Any have any ideas?

Hi,

That's because in the options of the joomla user manager, you have deactivated the registration for the whole website. Activate it and that will be ok.

Man, it always seem to be the easy things. Thanks a million. just migrated to a new server and something must have a changed.
