Order Number Format

Order Number Format was created by jimstephens

We changed the order number format to (id size="5") and it simply showed the text screen as the order number.
So we changed it back to (automatic_code) and it now shows as (automatic_code) (underscore included) - as the order number.

What can cause this problem? How do we fix this issue?

You need to use braces and not parenthesis for the tags of the order number format.
