Add to chart but popup doesn't work was created by XMAster

With Chrome.
It's not possible to view the popup (proceed to checkour or continue shopping" In the back-end I set ON but no change.

I just tried my local website on Chrome and the popup display fine.
Is it working on the other web browser ?
