Upgrade Essential to Business template conflict

Hi - I've just upgraded from Essential to Business (to try resolving another matter) and now find it defaults to the homepage menu assignment regardless of what the menu says it should be.

Hence things don't display correctly. In fact none of the website pages now use the 'rest of site' template.

Any ideas/suggestions please?

This come probably from the hikashop affiliate plugin, thanks to disable the option "after initialisation" of this plugin.
