Product Insert Button Gives (Error Page)

I have JCE installed on and enabled on the front end to allow users to submit articles. The product button appears on the editor, however, when it is clicked a popup appears with a page not found error as follows:

Hi,
For the moment the Product insert plugin is only available through the Back-end for the Administrator uses, but we can eventually add it to the todo list .

Is there a place on your site where I can check the latest release dates and what they include? There are so many releases (you guys are always working hard, which I appreciate), and I don't necessarily want to upgrade/update every time, so I'd like to know which updates include which fixes and features.
