Check out Page is not working since update

First sorry my english, i hope you can understand me...
I made the latest update. There was also the Postfinance payment plugin. I just wanted to see how it works, it doesen't, so i inactivated it quickly.
But since then the my checkout page is not working anymore. There is an http. 500 error. Can anybody help me?

A 500 error means that the processing of the page stops. It can come from any reason.
The most probable ones are:
1. no enough memory
2. a myusql error

Turn on the debug mode of the joomla configuration and try again. If you don't get a mysql error message instead, then it's probably a memory limit.
In that case, check your memory limit with your hosting company and if it's below 64M, ask them to increase it.
Otherwise, please provide the mysql error for further instructions.

As you can read, this messages tell you that the memory is not enough.
You will have to ask your hosting company to increase your memory limit as 24M is really low for a joomla website.
