Can't change background color item box

I want to change the default background color of the item box.
Therefore I followed these steps:

Configuration -> System -> Display -> Default parameters for DIV's

But unfortunately changing the color in the backend doesn't result in any colorchange in the frontend!
Has anyone encountered this problem before? I'm using the latest Hikashop version.

That' option is a default option. You can change the background color for each menu/module via the menu Display->Content menus/modules.
