Checkout "New" Address button validation & Error

I have Hikashop Starter v2.1.1 installed and configured in Joomla v3.1.

However, during checkout, the "Add new address" link is spilling into the form in Chrome v28.0.1500.95 (due to a <input type="button"> being wrapped with an <a>, doesn't validate).

If you place the cursor in one of the Credit card fields further down the page, and press enter, instead of submitting the form, it pops up the "New Address" modal.

This is primarily to bring the issue to your attention, but I would also like to know where this button is being rendered so I may fix it immediately.

First of all thanks to update your version of HikaShop, this problem has maybe already been fixed.

To make changes by yourself, you can edit the view "checkout / address" via the menu Display > Views.
