Fails to load Downlaods

-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.x latest

Hi support.
I have some problems with downloads:
For some people their downloads are not displayed in the downloads page also if the order is ok and visible also from frontend page.

An user reported me with these images:




I changed the "download" file but i tried with other accounts like super admin and new files are displayed correctly.
