Access forbidden

Hi, when i try to display (in the backend) my products and then select from the drop down to display all sub elements rather than direct subelements i get a message saying access forbidden. I am logged in as super admin so this error message doesnt sound like it should be to do with user groups so i am not sure why it is saying that? any ideas?

Download again HikaShop on our website and install it again on yours and that should fix the issue.
