Field on registration form is missing

My site is in two languages( multilingual) updated at the very last hikashop version.

In English lang. nfornails.eu/component/hikashop/user/form.html?Itemid=1446 is ok

In Greek translation of the same menu the most important field is missing ( state field ) . nfornails.eu/el/component/hikashop/user/form.html?Itemid=1446
After changing Country it appears...., but the new users are not going to do that. Please help me to resolve this bug. I search the net, here and didn't find solution. I am confused which module or plugin cause that.
Please help. I am losing costumers. Thank you in advance

Can you set the "Add a 'Please select' value" options of your "address_state" and "address_country" custom field to NO through "Hikashop->Display->Custom field" and test it again ?

Turning to NO the "Add a 'Please select' value" options of your "address_state" and "address_country" custom field doesn't fix the problem.
Changing the Country to another one and back to Greek(Ελλαδα) Country (saving each time and testing with three different browsers ) it fix the missing "state" field.
It was a bug indeed and really glad to choose the right topic .
