Joomla Search result bug

I think this is a bug, when I use the Joomla search module to search for the keyword "Nikko" it offers up this page.

Whereas if you follow the shop categories the actual location of the page is here

It seems as though the search module is spitting out the string incorrectly?

That's because you need to set the id of the menu "products" in the menu option of the hikashop categories search plugin that you can access in the joomla plugin manager.

I cant see the menu option, is this the right screen?

Its worth mentioning that particular page/category doesn't have any products, just category text that redirects to other pages, but other pages that do have products give the same result.

Ah yes, the option is called "Itemid" and not menu. You need to put the menu id in it.

the itemid is relative to the 'Hikashop Hidden Menus', but could it be relative to a normal menu???

Yes. As long as it's a category listing menu which is published, it will be ok.

in fact, i did an hybrid menu joomla_page / hikashop category / hikashop menu,

i'd like to get the url path of the product in this menu instead of the result url path,

/category-name/category-name/category-name/category-name/product/198818 instead of
/hikashop-menu-for-module-45/product/198818

is there a solution to do that? i'm thinking to copy the hybrid menu in the 'Hikashop Hidden Menus' but it's very big

that's a huge problem for me.
but i'll find a way to build a clever result page!
