Why won't the order status change in joomla admin?

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.16
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.29
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : CHROME

Hi.

I want to know why the order status is not changing when a PayPal transaction takes place and is approved?

I even get the transaction ID back but the order status won't change to PAID automatically. What's wrong?
