The registration is messed up. Can you please tell me how to fix it,

Hi,
Please change the value of the option "Use bootstrap design" in Configuration > Display > General display options.
If your template is Bootstrap 2 compatible, so you can enable the option, else not.
The problem is more related on your template than on HikaShop, the template is certainly overriding our css properties which is broking the display.
