Invoice number not on invoices or backend orders

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.0
-- PHP version -- : 5.5.24
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Google Chrome Version 42.0.2311.135, Firefox ver 37.0.2, IE

Since updating my site to Joomla 3 and Hikashop 2.4.0 there is no invoice appearing on the invoices. I have the invoice number set as follows: Invoice No: {id size="4"} and the order number is set as follows: Order No: {id size="4"}.

The invoice displays the invoice number as follows:
Date: 2015-04-29
Invoice: Order No: 0021





Also no invoice number appears in the backend orders page.




Using the {automatic_code} setting does not rectify the error.

I have downloaded the file as per your reply but unfortunately the problem has not been rectified. The backend orders are still displaying as shown in my original post.

I checked back on my shop ver 2.4.0 that was running on Joomla 2.5.28 and the invoice number displayed as per the settings in the 'invoice order statuses'.

I installed the older version of Hikashop instead of the patched version. Correct version installed and everything now works.
