subcategories error in the backend

When I try to access the subcategories in the backend it gives me error. Whether I access by the browser or tab within the product attempt to access any category . Could you tell me how to solve this problem?

Can you download the install package of HikaShop on our website and install it on yours and then click on the "rebuild" button of the categories listing on your backend ?
If you still have the problem, could turn on the "debug mode" and "error reporting" setting of the Joomla configuration and try again ? Do you get an error message ?
