Do you mean that is the view "product/listing+img_title" affect the choose option display?

But I have tried to remove the view "product/listing_img_title" file, but the choose option still display at front end

That's because you have the add to wishlist button display option still activated.
Both add to wishlist and add to button buttons transform in a "choose options" button on the listings when your product has variants, options or custom item fields.
