So you need to provide a screenshot of your coupon configuration.
The only case that would give such kind of result is that your coupon is auto-loaded (so even if you remove it, it will be automatically re-loaded by definition of its settings).

Thank you for help, it was that configuration option "Auto load in cart if possible". I needed to be set to "No" in this case.
