After installing essential, my responsive site don't work

Unfortunately, after installing Hikashop Essentials, my responsive website no longer works on my smartphone. I am using the template Layla from Joomla51. I had no problems with the standard version of Hikashop.

Is this a known issue and if so how do I fix it?

It is not a known issue.
We would need a link to a page with the issue to check what's going on.
Also, if you could provide some screenshots and / or some information to illustrate the issue, that would be great.
