can't write product description in Firefox browser

I am unable to write product description in Firefox. It looks like the editor can't render properly. But there is no problem to write category descriptions.

First, try downloading again the install package of the 4.6.1 on our website and installing it on yours, to make sure you have all the patches. Also, please make sure you clear Firefox's cache before trying again. If you still have the issue after that, I don't know what the problem could be and we would need a backend access to check on the situation.
