slide 1 by 1 problem

It seems that on PC and desktop, the "slide one by one" option in "carousel options" does not work when set to "Yes".

How many rows and columns did you configure in your module ?
The common issue with carousels is that the number of products loaded is equal or smaller to 1 slide. And so, there is not enough elements to make a slide move.
Could you provide screenshots of all the settings under the "HikaShop options" tab of the module ?
Could you provide the URL of the page with that module so that we can check on the situation ?

rows and columns configured in my module is 8 x 1
the number of products loaded is 8
i attached 2 screenshot for this problem
In previous versions, the number of dots under the slide to move between 8 products when the slide one by one option was enabled was 8 dots, but now it has become two dots whether this option is enabled or not, and when scrolling between products, instead of scrolling one by one, it scrolls four by four.

Thanks for the details. I've made patches for this issue.
Download again the install package of the latest version of HikaShop on our website and install it on your website and you'll get the patches. It will then work 1 by 1.
