Post Sale email reminders

Hi, my customer would like to automatically send out reminder emails to purchasers of their products bought with Hikashop. There plenty of auto-responder options like Mail Chimp, Aweber etc, but we'd like to add the user automatically and then send an email at certain intervals. I know there is an Acymailer plugin for Hika but the description of that just talks about incorporating Hikashop products in a newsletter, it doesn't mention users. I'm happy to use Acymail if they have auto-responders and can use Hikashop users.

Are there any other options out there that I should know of ?

Hi,

Yes it's possible with our Acymailing integration.
In the AcyMailing component, you have to create a filter in Lists > Filters and restrict to the HikaShop users.

It's available in the starter edition of AcyMailing.

thanks for that info. The Acymailer component only does Auto Responders with their Enterprise edition at 384 euros so I may need to think of another solution. Thanks anyway

Their entreprise edition cost 90 euros not 384.
