We also looked at CRMerry of course as the first choice. But found way too many bugs and they are solved very slowly. Our feedback was taken as negative and never answered properly. Besides that it is pretty pricy and needs renewal every year.
There is a little further update in our project:
VTiger 6.1 is not good enough for us. But there is a new fork called Yeti CRM and that moves in a good direction and will be out of beta testing around the 8th of December. We are now focussing on using Yeti for our clients.

What we got so far: Full sync of Jooma sites with all users to Yeti contacts. Multiple Joomla sites to one CRM is possible.
Then we check if they bought Hikashop products and their additional address details are also added to the contacts.
We can set and change user levels, give new passwords with one click of a button etc.
Hikashop products sync to the CRM but our developer became ill so the last part is waiting.
We still need to split products and services and connect the order system.
Guess it will be 2015 before got it all together.
