Keycaptcha compatibility ?

I just installed keycaptcha plugin following their read me but there is no setting in the back end to activate it for hikashop and it does not appear on the contact form when trying to contact a vendor for info about a product.

Is this still compatible ? do you have a special implementation apart of the official plugin from keycaptcha for joomla 3 ?

If you want to use a captcha you should use the ReCaptcha on forms plugin .

Couldn't you use the official joomla recaptcha plugin ? is there a solution to use your plugin only for hikashop forms without interfering with other components ?

In the options of the plugin, you can disable it for the contact form.
If it still interfere so, it will require some custom code in order to restrict it to only some forms.

I believe I already replied you yesterday that it is not possible (it would basically require to start a captcha plugin from scratch) and that changing the recatpcha plugin to be deacivated on the registration form but activate on the contact form will be way easier.

Just let me know how to do this, we need to open the shop area next week.

The idea would be to be able to deactivate your recaptcha plugin on all areas of joomla but your hikashop contact form only.

Hi,

Here is a new version of the plugin with that option. Just install it on top and turn off the registration option.
