social integration why ?

i have many questions relative to social option in hikashop

1) what is the aim of "display Facebook, Twitter and Google +1 buttons on your product pages" in e-commerce website ( hikashop ) ? higher rank result in search engine , fun, hype ?

2) the documentation say we can speed the process of registering using third social account .which external account can be manage by default in Hikashop without need third joomla extension ? Hikashop documentation end with a link to JBconnect extension . It is a pay and limited extension compare to number of account ( website social) supported by Slogin ( free ). Does hikashop can use Slogin for speed register ?

Following this instructions www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/i...tworks.html#settings , I decided to make Integration with Facebook Connect for registration.

So I bought and installed JFBConnect and am now trying to integrate it with HS/HM registration.

As normal registration, including ReCaptcha validation should be available (and is now woking fine), I am not able to login (register) with JFBConnect without disabling ReCaptcha. Recaptcha validation error occurs.

What am I missing?

The ReCaptcha plugin is made to block any creation of a user in the front-end without the captcha data.
If you want to allow a component to create a user without any ReCaptcha check, you should add an authorization in the ReCaptcha plugin, for the function "onBeforeStoreUser" in the plugin.

Hi,

The file to edit is "plugins/system/recaptcha2/recaptcha2.php", function "onBeforeStoreUser()".
Be sure that you have the latest version of the plugin: www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/i...-with-recaptcha.html
