Hikashop with Joomla main page template

i am new to hikashop. But will Hikashop adjust to the main page template? It's a bootstrapped template i want to use.

I'm not sure that I understood correctly your question.
But if you want to use the bootstrap design in HikaShop (for Bootstrap 2) ; you can activate it in the HikaShop configuration.
