Conversion tracking (adWords etc)

Hello,

I am trying to track conversion via "HikaShop Google Dynamic Remarketing (conversion tracking)" but it does not work for me. I placed there my google adwords id (xxx-xxx-xxxx) and it has no effect.

Is there any other way how to place AdWords code to meassure finishing order?

Hi,

If you activated the plugin and entered the id (without the -) it should display.
If not, it means that either the plugin access is too restrictive or that you have some caching preventing you from seeing the change.
So please check on these.

same problem, the plugin is enabled, the specified id but the code does not appear on pages.
In what file do we add in hand for it to be included on the summary page of the order for example?

Même problème, le plugin est activé, l'id indiqué mais le code n'apparaît pas sur les pages.
Dans quel fichier peut-on l'ajouter à la main pour qu'il soit pris en compte sur la page de récapitulatif de la commande par exemple ?

Thank you for your feedback. We've found the issue and added a patch. Please download again the install package of HikaShop from our website and install it on your website and that will add the patch and you'll then see the remarketing javascript code displayed on the product pages.

Thank you for your response. I updated HikaShop with version 2.5.0, I emptied all caches several times but the Goggle code still does not appear.

I just tested the update on the future version of my site that is being finished and it works .....

What files do you want to replace ?
For other systems you can directly add the tracking code in the file "end" of the view "checkout" at the beginning via the menu Display>Views.
