Only receive points on actual payment (perhaps a bug)

Hi

I have an issue with how users receive points on their purchase.
If they buy an item costing $20 and using a coupon code (partial payment with points) for $10, then we only want the user to earn points based on the actual payment ($10). Instead the user receives points, based on the "full price".

We've set "Give points when using some" to "give on price with point discount". But the use still earns points based on the full price.

Note that if you set a value for the "Product Categories" option, the price that will be taken into account will be the price of the products which are part of that category.

So if you want it to work as you want, the best solution will be to either unset the "Product Categories" option or to directly edit the code which will require development knowledge.

I cannot unset product categories - they are essential, for only giving points to specific products.

Okay.
So the plugin will base is processing only on the filtered products (in the selected categories) which mean that the discount cannot be included in that process.
