On the other hand, have you planned to add one or more screens in the short or medium term to manage the frontend shop?
If not, is it possible to redirect an admin directly on the management screen in back? Option = com_hikashop via a plugin or an option?

HikaMarket Front edition is especially made to allow you to manage the shop from the frontend:

Regarding the redirection, I suppose that you're talking about redirecting the user to the hikashop backend if he does a login on the frontend with a super admin / admin account. Even though there are plugins to do that in Joomla ( extensions.joomla.org/extension/redirect-on-login/ ) , that's not possible as the login on the frontend and the login on the backend are separated in Joomla. So even if you were redirecting to the backend of Joomla to the HikaShop dashboard, Joomla would ask you to login again to access it.
