Plugin attach PDF invoice: shipping address not showing on invoice PDF

Hi there,

I have the Attach Invoice PDF plugin installed.
I know it should be possible to show both the Billing address and the Shipping address on the invoice PDF, but currently only billing is showing.

How do I get the shipping address on the invoice PDF?

Right, the client unpublished the shipping methods and that's why the delivery address wasn't showing on the invoice PDF... So this one is resolved...
