Google shopping xml is not generated

Google shopping xml file is not generated. Although I installed the latest hikashop, it doesn't work.
Any suggestions?

Hi,

I see that your HikaShop subscription expired a while ago.
So if you installed the 4.0.2 Starter edition, it doesn't have a cron task feature (which is only in HikaShop Essential and Business) nor that Google products shopping feature and so that would explain why the XML file is not generated anymore after the update.
You would have to update to the Essential or Business editions to keep that functionality working.
