Hello.
We have some problems with the Hikashop Google Products integration Plugin. The Google Merchant feed, generated by this plugin is encoded in UTF-8. Our main website languages are Ukrainian and Russian, they use ANSI coding. When I tried to convert the generated feed to ANSI with Notepad +, it didn't work, the symbols are still unreadable. Could you, please, advise us on how to fix that?

Notepad++ or other software can perform the encoding modification without problem.
But if you change the encoding or "convert", it will give you a different result ; the conversion is what you want to do.
Afterwards, I'm afraid that it's a bit outside the limit of HikaShop support and I invite you to perform some search on how you can change the encoding (convert) a file.
