Facebook pixel event tracking

Is there any plugin for Facebook pixel for ads and conversion tracking?
I use www.facebook.com/business/help/338648233365065 but last month have problems with conversion values. They are wrong for at least one decimal point.

I'm not following you. This plugin is for J2Store as far as I can see.
Are you asking us for a problem between J2Store and that plugin developed by Facebook ?
Or did you provide the wrong link ?
Or did you modify that plugin to support HikaShop ? What code are you using in that case ?

Im using this plugin (atached). Working well with Hikashop till few weeks ago.

The plugin has been last updated just a few months ago, so it looks like they are still actively maintaining it.

As we try to debug this, we found out that fb pixel event fires twice at InitiateCheckout.
Once without dot separator and once with corect price. So the issue is duplicate event and only on checkout.
I cant find where this dulicated event coming from.
Any sugestions?

Well, I've never seen the code of the plugin. So it's hard to say anything useful.
How about asking the developer of the plugin where you purchased it ? They should be able to provide a useful answer.

We allready try that. Their answer is
We do not have such a value in the plugin codes. Maybe this problem is due to interference with some of your plugins. Unfortunately, I did not find the reason.

The thing is that bug is hapening regardles what plugin we use. So I gues must be something in hika checkout page. We do not use any override on checkout. Problem with duplicate events starts after hika update to 4.7.1 .

HikaShop doesn't has anything related to the FaceBook pixel in it so I don't see how it could be something in HikaShop.

So a simple way to check on whether the issue is in the plugin from extensions.joomla.org/extension/extensio...meta-pixel-tracking/ is to disable it. If, after that, you get 0 fb pixel event fires at initiateCheckout, and if you reenable it, you get two, it can only mean that both event fires comes from the plugin.

That's the first thing I would try. If it comes from the plugin, then the developer has to look into it.
And if you still get 1 event fire after the plugin is disabled, it means that you indeed have something else triggering the event fire on your website.

We made the necessary updates. And version 1.0.4 has no issues and is fully compatible with PHP 8 and Joomla 4.
