Class "JArrayHelper" not found

I have some problems with integration with other extensions. For example the OSMAP now doesn't work.

My hosting says that the reason is one of the HikaShop components:

2024-09-13 13:46:10.897408 [NOTICE] [733154] [T0] [149.62.185.121:55740:HTTP2-1#APVH_www.linendreamsboutique.it:443] [STDERR] PHP Deprecated: preg_match_all(): Passing null to parameter #2 ($subject) of type string is deprecated in /home/uvc3k0l7/domains/linendreamsboutique.it/public_html/administrator/components/com_hikashop/helpers/helper.php on line 3667\n

Please, could you help me?

Hi,

First, please activate the "debug" setting of the Joomla configuration in order to get the full error message on this URL.
If you still don't get it, rename the file templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/error.php in order to use the default error page of Joomla instead of your template's. Then, you'll have the full error message and that will allow us to tell you what to do.

The deprecated message from the log file can't generate that

Class "JArrayHelper" not found

error.

Thank you!
Please, see here the full erro message

Hi,

This error indicates that you have an old version of the sitemap plugin. Download it here and install it on your website in order to get the latest version and you won't get the error anymore:

Thank you so much!
Now it's working and I'm happy))

Have a great week end
