Shipstation Error when enable

-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Error JPlugin not found when enable the plugin

Hi,

We are upgrading current website from Joomla 3 to Joomla 5.
Only Joomla 3 we don't have any issue on the plugin Shipstation, but when i try to enable it back on Joomla 5 it show an error JPlugin not found.
Please refer to the attachment for error display.
Can you help to fix the issue?
