onPaymentNotification not invoke

I created payment plugin, which redirects user to payment service and have entered result url in payment aggregator options. But when i select pay on aggregator (with test mode on) it write that POST request was sent, and it is (see this in server logs), but order status not changing and nothing is written in payment logs with echo
