Mootools and chosen

When enabling chosen library Hikashop still loads mootools?

Any way to override this update save?

I'm sorry but I don't see the link between "chosen" and "mootools".

Chosen.js was based on mootools in hte past in Joomla. Now it has a jquery version.

When I enable chosen in the background of Hikashop it loads Mootools. Disable and no Mootools is loaded

When you use the setting "force chosen", HikaShop will call these Joomla functions Here the Joomla reference : developer.joomla.org/joomlacode-archive/issue-31159.html

So, you're right that, since Joomla 3.3.x the inclusion of "behavior.framework" is no longer required.
Now you can do not use that setting and include chosen directly in your template ; it will have the same final effect.
We will see to add a patch for the next release.
