Selling videos

Hi,

is there any ready solution to sell videos? What I would like to achieve is, that if someone purchase product, he will be able to play video online.

If there is no readu solution, my idea was to create plugin, handling onBeforeDownloadFile, which will set session variable, redirect to hidden page with video, where the session variable will be checked. Or is there mor straightforward way to achive this?

Another solution can be to use the "User group after purchase" option through your product page, and restrict the displaying of your video to a defined user group.

yes, I was thinking about it also, also about currently in beta HikaSubscription, however, as the eshop will not sell just few videos, this will lead to complicated user system, and complicated adding of new videos. Anyway thanks for idea sharing.
