Reminder plugin

Hello, I have a problem with this plugin, I am using the reminder for carts, and the link to access the cart takes me to a blank page with the following URL: site/hikashop-menu-for-user-control-panel/cart/show/cid-11505 (the email href is {VAR: URL}). I need help. Thank you.

Is the page completely blank ?
If so, could you activate the "error reporting" and "debug mode" settings of the Joomla configuration and try again ?
It should then display an error message which will allow us to better understand the situation.

Well, that's just the debug of the MySQL queries on the page.
The page doesn't seem to be completely blank.
So in that case, you should normally see an error message when you click on a "wrong" link even with the debug turned off.
Could you try to switch to protostar, the default template, and try to use that link again?
Do you see an error message in that case?
Also, how did you get that link ? Did to create a cart with a test user account of your own with a cart that you left there ?
Could you also provide a screenshot of the settings of the reminder plugin ?
