hi we have two custom product fields. when we open an existing product the fields revert to their defaults on page load-they do not display the database content. when i look at the queries the actual content is set in the DB and in the Session tables, but that is not what the field shows. then if we SAVE it saves the default. the only way to correct this is to set the two field's content every time we open that product and then SAVE AND CLOSE. this is very cumbersome and easy to forget to do.
please help!
