add product + characteristic to existing order

hi,

i've had a customer purchase a product but they have selected the wrong product characteristic while placing their order. how do i change this from within the order manager?

I can see that i can remove products and add products to an order but i can't figure out how to add a product and attach a characteristic to it. seems like i can only add the product itself?

anyone any ideas?

Hi,

When you click on the button to open the products selection popup in order to add a new product to an order, you have a dropdown with written "products" in it. Click on it and select "variants" and you'll see the variants of your shop instead of the products.
