Product Not Found

Have setup category display (Shop Online tab on menu bar) which then takes you to sub category listing of products. After clicking on Bath, it then displays this page showing all available products under this sub category. The final product - Honey Myrtle Body Bar (Oval) keeps coming back with 'product not found' error but all the others appear to be working fine.

Any suggestions as to what would be causing this problem?

This means that there is no product with the alias "body-bars" found. Maybe some caching issue ? Do you have caching turned off on your website ?
Otherwise, you can also turn off the "Remove products and categories ids in URLs" option of the configuration of HikaShop and that will add the ids of the products in the URLs and avoid such issues.

Thanks - There isn't any product titled 'body-bars' - there is a category by this name but no single product. Each product has a title that includes body bar and as mentioned all the products that I set up works fine but this one won't work at all.

As I said, you can turn off the "Remove products and categories ids in URLs" option of the configuration of HikaShop and that will add the ids of the products in the URLs and avoid such issues.
Otherwise, enter an alias in that product without special characters and it will work too.
The issue is with the parenthesis in the product name.
