Adding new products page not displaying all catego

Hello there. When I try to add new products to Hikashop the system isn't displaying all the available categories. Just two of them for some strange reason.

I can navigate through all the categories on the frontend no problem, Just can't add new products to several categories. I've attached two screenshots. One of the add new product page showing only a handful of categories while the other attachment is the full list of available products.

Thoughts?

Hi,

Can you try to click on the "rebuild" button of the Categories listing ? That might be enough to solve the problem.
If not, we'll have to look directly at the issue on your backend and thus we'll need at least a backend access and maybe a FTP access to your website.
