how ever the product is not in the product list ?

Hi,

Change the "products" dropdown on the top right of the products listing to "all". That way you'll also see the variants on the products listing and if you search for the product code you'll probably find it used by a variant if it's not used by a product.

we have changed the selection to all
still not showing up and still saying product code already used.
we seem to have a few products that's happening to now.
Also we have noticed we have lost the Sales this month from the dash board.
It all started when the website crashed about 2 days ago.
Does this mean we have lost 5 weeks of work and would have to start all over again.

That's really strange.

then create a new mass action via the menu System>Mass action with a filter on the column "product_code" with your product code and an action "display the results". When you process it, that will display the entry with that product_code if any. If not, it really means that there is no product with such code.

Regarding the dashboard, it indeed seems that you removed all the orders data that you had.

But maybe both problems can be explained by your data being corrupt on your website. Try to repair your website tables, maybe that will help:

You can also try clicking on the "check database" button of the HikaShop configuration.

We deleted the whole site, uninstalled Joomla and hikashop.
and reinstalled the software and started again.
As the shop had to be back on line this morning
All working fine now

so no idear what happened.
Using MySgl workbench to back the Database up now so fingers crossed.

We will be buying the full version in few weeks.
as want to use the ACL facility to do a Trade customers price and Retail customer price.
