-- HikaShop version -- : 3.2.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.1
-- PHP version -- : 7.0.4
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : various - all updated
I do not see a place in the product page to change the 'Published Date'. Is there a way to add that field so it can be changed?

Hi,
You can configure the sale start date in the settings of the product.
HikaShop has no "published date". That's a setting you find in Joomla articles.

Jerome,
Ah..I checked the table and the 'published' field was simply enabled or disabled. So to ensure that the most recent product is displayed first, I have set 'product_id' and 'descending' as the settings in the module. But just to be sure, when a new product is added, will the 'product_id' always be a higher number, ie: incremented, meaning no previous unused number is reused?

Hello,
Your product ID is a unique number, so yes new products will always have an higher product ID value than old products.ie: incremented, meaning no previous unused number is reused?
