Unable to add category

Hi there,

When I click to add a new category, a page loads where there is no CSS and I am unable to edit the category or do anything. Please could you help me to resolve this.

Hi,

This indicates a fatal error, please activate the "error reporting" and "debug mode" settings of the Joomla configuration and look at the bottom of that page. You should now have an error message indicating where the problem is coming from.
Please provide that error message.
